Booking and payment
A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or bank transfer on the day of treatment.
Changing or cancelling
Appointments may be amended up to 48 hrs before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Arriving at the clinic
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the treatment being cancelled and deposit will be lost.
Appointments only, no walk-ins. Please arrive make up free if possible. No guests or extra people are allowed.
